supporting adolescent and adult NDIS participants to achieve their goals

Welcome to Sage Allied Health Services

Sage Allied Health Services offers Developmental Educator and Social Work support for people living with disability, who are aged 12 and over.

We utilise a person-centred approach. We support individuals to set goals and identify any barriers in achieving these. With permission, we connect and work collaboratively with a person's existing team which may include family and other services. Appointments may be provided at a person's home, in the community, or at our office.
